Welcome to Milliard – The Superfood Brand. By using our website, browsing our products, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to protect both you (the customer) and us (the brand) while ensuring a smooth shopping experience.


1. Eligibility & Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

  • If you are under 18, you may use the site only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service.


2. Products & Accuracy of Information

  • We specialize in healthy Indian snacks such as gluten-free chiwda, millet mixtures, ragi chips, beetroot chips, makhana, and corn-based products.

  • While we strive to display product details accurately, minor variations in packaging, colors, or labeling may occur due to continuous improvements.

  • Ingredients, nutritional information, and allergens are printed on packaging. Customers are expected to review them before consumption.


3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment or selection of Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.

  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, and net banking.

  • All online payments are processed via secure encrypted gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.

  • COD orders may include a nominal fee. Repeated refusals of COD deliveries may lead to suspension of COD option for that customer.


4. Pricing & Promotions

  • All prices displayed are inclusive of GST.

  • We reserve the right to change product prices, packaging, and promotional offers without prior notice.

  • Discounts, coupons, and special offers are subject to availability and validity.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines range between 3–7 business days, depending on the location.

  • Tracking details are shared via email/SMS after dispatch.

  • Milliard is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events.


6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted.

  • Refunds/replacements are only considered for:

    • Wrong product delivered.

    • Damaged or expired items.

  • Mandatory unboxing video proof (continuous, unedited) must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days if approved.

  • For COD orders, refunds are issued through UPI or bank transfer.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the delivery address, contact details, and pincode are correct before checkout.

  • Provide availability at the delivery location. Missed deliveries may incur re-shipping charges.

  • Handle and store products properly after delivery (e.g., keep in a cool, dry place). Spoilage due to negligence will not be compensated.


8. Intellectual Property

  • All content including logos, packaging designs, product names, images, descriptions, and blogs are the intellectual property of Milliard.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is prohibited.


9. Limitation of Liability

  • Milliard is not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, or health conditions arising from the consumption of our products. Customers must review ingredient lists before purchase.

  • Our liability in any case is limited strictly to the amount paid for the order.


10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.


11. Policy Updates

  • Milliard reserves the right to update these Terms of Service from time to time.

  • Updated terms will be effective immediately once published on this page.
