At Milliard – The Superfood Brand, we are passionate about crafting and delivering fresh, healthy, and superfood-based snacks including gluten-free chiwda, millet mixtures, beetroot chips, ragi chips, makhana, and corn-based products. Each order is prepared with care, packed hygienically, and dispatched after multiple quality checks.
Since our products are perishable food items, we have a strict Return & Refund Policy in place. This policy is designed to maintain hygiene standards, ensure fairness, and protect our business from misuse. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
1. General Conditions of Return & Refund

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as taste preference, personal dislike, or change of mind.

Products that are opened, tampered with, consumed, or partially used are strictly non-returnable.

Refunds or replacements are considered only in cases of:

Damaged delivery (broken seal, crushed pack, leaked container).

Wrong product received compared to the order invoice.

Expired product delivered (extremely rare due to our fresh stock system).

2. Mandatory Video Proof (Non-Negotiable)
For a refund or replacement claim, customers must provide clear unboxing video evidence:

Video must start from the sealed package exactly as received, before opening.

The shipping label with order ID must be clearly visible.
-
The entire unboxing must be recorded in one continuous shot (no cuts, pauses, or edits).

The video must clearly show the issue (damaged pack, wrong item, expired product).

Photos or partial videos will not be accepted under any circumstances.
⚡ Without a valid continuous unboxing video, all return/refund requests will be rejected immediately.
3. Timeframe for Complaints

All complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Any complaint raised after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Delayed reporting, even with video proof, will be considered invalid.
4. Non-Returnable Scenarios

Product disliked due to taste or texture.

Packaging dented but product safe and consumable.
-
Wrong storage conditions by customer (e.g., kept open, exposed to moisture).

Complaints without valid continuous unboxing video.
-
Requests for partial refunds or refunds on multiple orders without proof.
5. Process for Refund/Replacement

Send an email to milliardsuperfood@gmail.com or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide your order ID, registered phone number, and complaint details.

Attach the mandatory continuous unboxing video as proof.

Our quality team will review your request within 48 hours.

If approved, you will be eligible for either a replacement or refund.
6. Refund Rules

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.

Refunds for COD orders will be given via UPI/Bank Transfer after verification.
-
Shipping charges, COD handling fees, and other charges are non-refundable.
-
Products purchased under discounts, offers, or promotions are not eligible for refunds unless received in damaged condition.
7. Replacement Policy

Wherever possible, we will issue a replacement product instead of a refund.

Replacements will be shipped within 5–7 working days after approval.

Replacement is subject to product availability. If not available, only then a refund will be initiated.
8. Fraud Prevention & Misuse

Repeated false claims, misuse of refund policy, or suspicious complaints may lead to:

Account suspension.
-
Denial of COD facility in future orders.

Blacklisting of customer account from Milliard services.

9. Our Final Authority

Milliard reserves the right to approve or reject refund/replacement requests based on the evidence provided.

Our decision will be final and binding in all cases.
