At Milliard – The Superfood Brand, we are dedicated to delivering your favorite healthy snacks in the fastest, safest, and most reliable way possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, packaged, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions described below.


1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • During high demand periods such as festivals or sales, processing may take longer, but we always aim to keep you updated.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS immediately after placing your order, followed by a dispatch notification once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across Pan India using trusted courier and logistics partners.

  • Delivery serviceability depends on your pincode. If our courier partner does not deliver to your area, we will contact you for an alternative solution or issue a refund.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders within major metro cities are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.

  • Non-metro and remote locations may take 5–7 business days.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee will be charged at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional handling fee. This fee will be clearly displayed before checkout.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and link.

  • You can track your order directly through our courier partner’s website or through the link shared with you.

  • If you face any issues with tracking, our support team is available to assist you.


6. Packaging & Quality Assurance

  • All Milliard snacks are packed in high-quality, tamper-proof packaging to maintain freshness and hygiene.

  • Each package is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition.

  • If your package appears tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept it and immediately contact our support team.


7. Delays in Delivery

  • While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

    • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery.

    • Natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or courier delays.

  • In such cases, Milliard will not be held liable, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues with our courier partners.


8. Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated customer unavailability, the package will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping in such cases may incur additional charges, which must be borne by the customer.

  • For COD orders, repeated failed deliveries may lead to permanent suspension of COD facility for the customer.


9. Change of Address

  • Address changes can be made within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

  • Once the package is shipped, no changes can be made to the delivery address.


10. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • In rare cases where a package is marked “Delivered” but not received by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to check with neighbors, guards, or local courier offices.

  • If the package cannot be located, Milliard will work with the courier to investigate. Replacement/refund will be issued only after confirmation from the courier company.
